It stands for really simple syndication and allows people to tune into information sources that interest them, quickly and easily. It means that when the blogs/forums are updated, you get informed quickly via your preferred method. The information on this website includes a News feed, a Classified Advert feed and a Technical Forum.

You can subscribe to individual feeds for the News, Classifieds and Technical forum by clicking on the correct link next to a button. Here you will have to copy the link into a part of your web browser that has feeds, or you can use an RSS reading programme, there are quite a few for free download and some you pay for. We use Feedbuster ourselves. If you don't want to receive feeds, you can receive notifications by subscribing to the email version so you get an email every time the News or the Classified part of the site is updated.
